when you emphasized that when people are clear minded and focused
(awakened), that is when they are able to make decisive decisions for
themselves. Hence, no one can deter or persuade them from their

Thank you for following up and for sharing. I quite enjoyed the essay
(Cultivating the Garden of Suggestion). It comes at a critical time for

What’s so great about Hakeem is his natural curiosity and drive to
consistently explore and learn about fitness and personal growth.; and
he challenges you to do the same. His bad-ass kickboxing classes are
always about form, technique, and speed. He’s an outstanding trainer,
martial artist, hypnotherapist, musician, and zen master.

Where do I begin? I trained with Hakeem for 5 1/2 months and during
that span I lost over 50 lbs, learned about nutrition, and I also became
a “Kung Fu” master. Before that I lacked self discipline, I was always
miserable, and most of all I was unmotivated. My life has totally
changed thanks to his teachings and for that I always be grateful. Oh
and his music is awesome!!
