I am very glad that they have changed their guidelines to include activities such as stretching. I have worked in a nursing home for several years and know what patients need to keep them healthy. One thing that many of them lack is flexibility which affects performance in activities as little as tying your shoes.

These sacred books (Bible, Koran) are not easy to interpret. They seem to be easy on the eyes but only the scholars - genius - right person can interpret them. False interpretation can lead to false belief which can greatly affect one's perception to life.
History facts that we're taught at school are only the data that prevailed through time of endless wars and revolution, but it does not necessarily mean that those facts are the truth. Religious history are tailored fit to ones belief and religion group - they are the biased history facts, biased truth.
History made up who and what we have today, but it is what we make in the present that will dictate the future.
I'd rather make an argument of a present issue which I know can make a positive change for the future.

As I see it, tooth paste is just another detergent used for our hygiene. I never swallow soap or shampoo and I never intended to swallow tooth paste either. But I never knew that it could actually be so harmful to my health if I did swallow it by accident.

As you well said, we all lost at least a member of our family to cancer. It's a terrible affliction but also a rather common one. But when a well known politician is struck by it, it suddenly becomes a tragedy. He will just have to deal with it like everyone did or does. He has my sympathy and I wish him health and a fast recovery.

I wish this were true. If thc shrinks tumors then I think we just found the cure for cancer, right? What more could we expect? I hope all the researchers will confirm this result. It's almost too good to be true.
